The company's main field is the valves production, the manufacture and welding of stainless steel parts, produces heat exchangers, butterfly valves, ball valves, sanitary ball valves, spring check valves, tanks components such as spray balls, tank bottom valves, flushing valves, magnetic mixers, tank connect, aseptic sampling valves, sanitary sampling valves, sanitary sampling bottles, sight glasses, flow indicators and all type of fittings necessary to plants construction, including silicone hoses and gaskets, in compliance with current standards. Aerre Inox Heat exchangers

Aerre Inox produces fully customized sanitary heat exchangers for the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, cosmetics, food & beverage and chemical industries.

The DTS double tube sheet heat exchangers are designed to allow the thermal exchange between two process fluids avoiding their mixing; these devices are available with single or multiple passage and are completely drainable. All heat exchangers, used for heating, cooling or both, are made with high quality standards in full compliance with FDA, cGMP and customer project requirements. The welding option, for sealing the tubes to the tube sheets, allows to fully comply with the ASME BPE regulations, already contemplated as the manufacturing standard for these devices.

Aerre Inox Magnetic mixers

Aerre Inox manufactures magnetic mixers for plants in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, cosmetic, food & beverage and chemical sectors, granting the maximum purity of the product inside the tank.

The AMT magnetic mixer is the ideal solution for mixing tanks in the pharmaceutical field. The transmission with magnetic torque avoids the occurrence of cross contamination between product and external environment, a typical problem of the use of devices with mechanical seals (shafts, seals and other equipment).

If the process requires the joining of several phases, it is possible to intervene by using the AMO magnetic homogenizer, which is completely interchangeable with the eventual AMT mixer present on the plant.

The available models are suitable for direct installation on the bottom of tanks and preparation reactors for product discharge; these valves guarantee the complete draining whilst reducing the "Dead Leg" to a minimum. Available in different versions, such as to be welded directly to tank bottom, with TKC connection or with removable flange, and in different sizes, Aerre Inox aseptic tank bottom valves can be operated by manual or pneumatic actuator. Process connection can be requested with butt weld ends or clamp BS 4825 / ASME BPE.

Aerre Inox TKC Connections
Aerre Inox manufactures TKC stainless steel connections for tanks and sanitary plants in the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, cosmetic, food & beverage and chemical sectors.

Our TKC connections are an extremely versatile solution, having a compact design and allowing the installation of accessories and/or clamp valves on the top, bottom or side part of a tank. Once installed, the device on the TKC is flush with the tank internal wall, avoiding the typical dead leg of the standard clamp ferrule. To have the same result also on the process lines, the TK IN-LINE is the ideal solution, available with clamp or butt weld connections, allowing the installation of the instrumentation avoiding the "Dead Leg".

Aerre Inox High purity ball valves

High purity ball valves
 

Full bore stainless steel high purity ball valves, obtained from AISI 316L round bars, with ball enclosed in two integral TFM™ PTFE sealing seats, suitable for intercepting pure steam and fluids under pressure. The high purity design is completed by the heads assembled by means of hidden screws, the stainless steel handle, and the internal and external surface finishing.

Aerre Inox Butterfly valves

Butterfly valves in stainless steel AISI 316L, composed of two heads and a shutter disk enclosed in a seal gasket, designed by Aerre Inox to meet the requirements of sanitary process systems. Thanks to their internal design and the wide passage area, they guarantee a gentle treatment of the product flow, a minimization of turbulence and contamination, and a low pressure drop.

Clamp fittings are a fast and extremely secure union system for the realization of distribution lines on production processes. Due to their quality and ease of assembly and disassembly, Aerre Inox Clamp fittings are often used in pharmaceutical production processes. These fittings, made of stainless steel AISI 316L, are manufactured in compliance with BS 4825 or ASME BPE standards, available in different sizes ranging from ½" to 12", with gaskets of various types and materials including: PTFE, SILICONE, EPDM, FKM, TUF-STEEL®, certified in compliance with FDA, USP Class VI and cGMP regulations.
