The steep edges of the ULTRA Series thin film dichroic filters mean maximum transmission and maximum reflection, minimum loss of light intensity and optimum device performance. Every ULTRA Series dichroic filter, polychroic filter, dichroic beam splitter or beam combiner is resistant to laser damage and can be designed to operate at any angle. All are ideal for use in applications such as fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry and Raman spectroscopy.

SOFT COATING REPLACEMENT FILTERS
Durable, hard-coated optical filters to replace laminated filters
Alluxa offers a range of hard-coated optical filters that provide higher performance and durability over traditional soft-coated filters at comparable prices. These soft-coated replacement filters are available at center wavelengths throughout the visible spectrum, with bandwidths typically between 10 nm and 50 nm. All hard-coated filters in this series offer both more than 90% transmission and more blocking than OD4 at prices comparable to laminated filters.
