High precision type
The 940B series is a 2-port relief type flow control valve. It can be used to control fluid flow rate, primary pressure, secondary pressure, etc.
The wetted part is SUS316, and only one diaphragm can move in the wetted part.
Compatible with fluids with maximum operating pressure of 1MPa and maximum operating temperature of 150 ℃ or less. It is very useful for controlling special fluids under conditions that cannot be used with hyper regulators.
The 940B series has a built-in controller. It has a rangeability of less than 1/2000.

Seating sensor for positive pressure
Gap sensor 616 is a precise gap detection switch that outputs an contact signal by detecting an object approaching the air ejection hole by changing the back pressure in the ejection hole.
There are 616J type with hysteresis less than 5μm, 616JX type with less than 1μm hysteresis, and 616A type with less than 0.05μm hysteresis.
The J and JX types use only air pressure for detection, so no power supply is required. The output signal is taken out as a contact signal.
Since the 616A type uses a pressure sensor, a 24V power supply is required. An ON-OFF signal and an analog signal proportional to the gap are output.

The flow rate sensor 601D is a high-speed, high-resolution flow rate sensor that is used as an internal or external package for the 900 series and 940 series.
Rangeability 1/20 Flow rate can be measured from minimum flow rate 0.1 CCPM to maximum flow rate 300 LPM. (Pure water conversion)
There are the 601D-D series that uses a differential pressure sensor that comes in direct contact with liquid (wetted parts material = SUS316L) and the 601D-R series (patented) that uses a sensor that does not come into contact with the measuring fluid. Both sensors measure the differential pressure between two points to calculate the flow rate, and the calculation result is linearized and output.
Stable high-speed closed-loop control is possible because it has a calculation speed of 1 msec or less.
