MODEL BM-3 BELT MISALIGNMENT SWITCH
The model BM-3 Belt Misalignment switches are conveyor safety accessories designed to interlock with the conveyor shut down systems in the event of conveyor belt misalignment. They are mounted in pairs, one on each side of the belt with the roller actuator arms positioned approximately one inch from each side of the belt. In the event where the conveyor belt tracks off the idlers in either direction it will cause the roller actuator arm to move, tripping one or both micro switches inside the switch. There are two independent micro switches inside the enclosure, one for alarm annunciation (set at 10 degrees) and the other for shut down (set at 20 degrees) from the normal position. This simple system will protect conveyor belts from costly repairs and downtime due to belt misalignment. The BM-3 Belt Misalignment Switch can be ordered in standard and CSA approved versions. The CSA approved version is also approved for Class II, Div. 1 & 2, Groups E, F & G

Capacitive Level Switch
The model CL Capacitance Level Switches are designed for point level detection in both liquids and solids. The CL Capacitance Level Switch does not have any moving parts. State of the art sensing technology in the CL uses RF (radio frequency) admittance for point level detection in tanks, silos, hoppers, chutes and many other applications. F-54 Weigh Belt Feeder

Paddle Level Switch
The Bulk Pro Systems Model PL Paddle Level Switch is designed for point level detection in dry bulk materials. Incorporated into the design of the PL is a magnetic drive that has been proven by decades of use. A 1 rpm synchronous motor rotates the paddle which utilizes a magnetic drive. As the product in your application builds up to the paddle its movement becomes impeded and the resulting motor torque activates the output switches which de-energizes the motor and gives you an alarm. A spring mechanism reactivates the motor and returns the switches to their normal state when the product moves away from the paddle and no longer impedes its movement. Four (4) different types of paddles are available that vary based upon the bulk density of the material you are monitoring. Model PS-3 Position Switch (Tripper Position Switch)
The Model PS-3 Position Switch is utilized to monitor the position of heavy moving machinery. The roller actuator arm on the switch is design to make contact with moving machinery and once it is moved from its normal position two micro switches are tripped. Sweep Sampling System

Model SS-3 Pull Cord Switch
The Model SS-3 Pull Cord Switch is a conveyor safety accessory designed to interlock with the conveyor shut down systems in the event of maintenance or an emergency. When force is applied to the cable on either side of the switch the actuator arm rotates and locks in the alarm position. This activates two (2) micro switches and the manual lock out. Once the maintenance is done or the emergency is cleared the switch can be reset by pressing down and releasing the manual reset lever. Model SS-3 Pull Cord Switches are typically mounted on the walkway side of the conveyor or in situations where the conveyor is accessible from the ground. Tuning Fork Level Switch

The TF incorporates a piezoelectric crystal that vibrates the fork at its natural frequency. When the fork comes in contact with material the vibration is dampened and the switch changes state.
