SIDE CHANNEL VACUUM PUMPS
SAMOS side channel vacuum pumps may be used in all areas where pulsation-free vacuum and pressure services are required. Units may be installed horizontally or vertically. The die-cast aluminium construction makes this a very robust product. Sealed for life bearings, a drive cooled by fan and a contact-free impeller all ensure that the SAMOS side channel vacuum pumps are maintenance-free.

CLAW COMPRESSORS
Mink claw compressors have been especially developed to provide reliable compression of air and other gases. Mink claw technology guarantees efficient and contact supply of over-pressure of up to 2 bar(g) for many industrial applications. Thanks to the state-of-the-art claw technology, the gas is compressed in a non-contact and totally oil-free process. This dry compression means that the gas does not get contaminated and can be used in further processes without being filtered or cleaned.

ROTARY LOBE COMPRESSORS
The three-lobe Roots pumps Cat and Dingo operate without oil and contact free – no oil is needed, no contamination by lubricants of the gases being transported. Sturdy design and a sophisticated manufacturing process. Labyrinth-seals between cylinder and the gear housing. Due to vertical gas flow. Pump and motor dimensions can be adjusted for each application. Many accessories available. It can be used on suction as well as over pressure duties.

OIL-FREE ROTARY VANE PRESSURE/VACUUM PUMPS
The defining characteristics of SECO rotary vane pumps/compressors are completely oil-free vacuum and blast air generation, high availability and outstanding reliability. MERLIN ME SERIES
CLAW COMBINED PUMPS
The MERLIN ME is a rotary claw-type, positive displacement, combination vacuum and pressure pump. Vacuum and pressure are provided by 100 % oil-free independent pumping chambers. They are highly efficient, typically requiring smaller motors. The Merlin pump is ideal for the printing industry, and is especially designed to serve the demanding needs of sheet-fed presses. Their rugged construction makes them highly reliable and tolerable to paper dust.
