Comadan Production a/s is a Danish company specialized in development and production of electronic monitoring and control modules for industrial applications, known as the products.

The modules are made in accordance with the latest quality and safety regulations and they are delivered with a 24 months warranty against any defects caused by manufactoring or component errors.

Comadan Production has a world-wide net of distributors, which are able to assist the local customers in any commercial or technical matter.

The products are divided in the following main groups:

1. Monitoring and control relays.
Modules for either direct DIN-rail mounting or 11-pole plug-in types for monitoring of Current, Voltage, Time, Temperature, Level, Frequency, Power, Supply voltage etc. All modules have a relay output for indication of monitoring status.

2. Signal converters.
Programmable or fixed modules for DIN-rail mounting for monitoring of Current, Voltage, Temperature, Frequency, Power etc. The modules are supplied with standard analogue outputs (0-20 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V).

3. Power supplies.
Various DC power supplies with output current ranging from 200 mA to 20 A.

4. Miscellaneous products.
Temperature sensors, standard and custom made.
Current transformers with analogue or switch outputs.
Custom designed products.

C-MAC Signal converters

The C-mac signal converters are used to convert various kinds of non-standard electrical input signals to standard engineering units (0-20 mA, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V signals).
The input signals can be AC or DC current and voltage (up to 10 A and 1500 V), temperature sensors, proximity sensors for speed monitoring, resistors and potentiometers, 1- and 3-phase load and power monitoring, etc.
Most of the units gives a galvanic isolation between suppy, inputs and outputs, thereby ensuring a safe isolation between the process control equipment and the external environment.

C-MAC Monitoring and control relays

With the various C-mac relays it is possible to monitor and control most of the signals involved in industrial and domestic control panels (current, voltage, temperature, load, speed, level, time, etc.).
All units are produced in accordance with the CE regulations with special focus on noise immunity and operation under the severe conditions, which applies to many industrial applications.

Instruments

The C-mac instruments are available in several dimensions and with many different types of input signals.
The panel instruments are produced with special focus on the demands in industrial applications, where reliabilty, noise immunity and long-term stability is a must.
The test instrument/calibrator is particularly interesting where you want to test and simulate signals in connection with transmitters and converters.

C-MAC Power supplies

The 3 series of power supplies from C-mac cover the power range from 18 W to 480 W output,
either switch mode or linear regulated units.

Current transformers

The C-mac current transformers series CS and SC are used to monitor high AC currents (up to 200 A).
The transformers, which are supplied with built-in electronics, are divided in 2 groups:

1. Current switches.
These units are used to give a signal, if the AC current exceeds a preselected setpoint.
The setpoint is adjusted on a potentiometer on the transformer.
2. Current converters.
These units converts the primary AC current to a standard 4-20 mA DC output current.
