SM Series

One tough little string sensor, the new low cost SM series is the perfect choice for both the single piece user and the OEM alike.

At just over an inch wide and 2.5 inches tall, the SM1 and SM2 have been designed to fit into the tightest of spaces. Built with a rugged polycarbonate enclosure and a free-release tolerant all stainless steel measuring cable, these string senors are the perfect choice for many applications.

Output Signal: Voltage Divider (potentiometer)

Measurement Range Options: 0-2.5 in., 0-7.5 in., 0-12 in., and 0-25 in.

The Celesco SP family of sensors, are compact, economical and durable. The new SPD overs both 4-20mA and 0-10V output with a sealed IP67 enclosure and an M12 connector perfect for both indoor or outdoor applications

These stringpots are designed for tight spaces, high-cycle applications and generously allows cable misalignment. With 4 different measurement ranges and handy mounting brackets, the S Series is a perfect solution for many applications, from light industrial to OEM.

SG Series

Expands on the short-range SP and SM series and extends measurement out even further with 80-inch and 120-inch options.

The SG series comes in two basic models: the SGD which offers our unique customer selectable 4-20mA or 0-10 VDC output signal and the SG1 which is offers a simple voltage divider output from a precision 10k-ohm hybrid-plastic potentiometer.

Measurement Range Options: 0-80 in. and 0-120 in.

SR1 Series

The SR1 Series String Pots are rugged, low-cost, high performance cable-extension transducers designed for position feedback in wet environments and outdoor applications.

Designed for stroke ranges up to 175 inches, this series offers 4 different industry-standard ouput signals including voltage divider, incremental encoder and a unique one-button, user-friendly 4-20mA and 0-10V output adjustment to precisely scale the output to match any stroke even down to just a few inches.

The 4 models include:

SR1A (voltage divider), SR1E (incremental encoder), SR1V (0-5, 0-10 Vdc) and SR1M (4-20mA)

M150

The world's smallest stringpot. Smaller than a thumbprint and occupies a space of only .74 x .74 x .38 inches, the M150 provides a full stroke measurement range of 1.5 inches. Engineered for space critical applications, the M150 has all aluminum construction and a high-cycle conductive plastic potentiometer to provide easy installation and trouble-free operation.

Measurement range: 0-1.5"

MT Series

The MTA miniature cable extension transducer combines 0.4% accuracy and 50-million cycle potentiometer life into a small package that gives designers high-performance to fit in small assemblies.

MT2 / MT3 Series

The MT2 and MT3 miniature series features a highly-tensioned heavy-duty measuring cable that was designed for the high-acceleration demands encountered in flight testing and automotive crash tests. The MT3A offers IP67 protection for testing applications in wet environments

PT1 Series

The PT1 Series is part of our compact line of cable-extension transducers. Perfect for slow to moderate acceleration applications such as structural testing (indoors), automotive mechanism testing or hydraulic cylinder monitoring.

PT5 Series
