CTC-1039 supports digital and voice reporting and sends alarm calls over PSTN. The panel can store four phone numbers for reporting and uses Contact ID, Tunstall TTNew, and Franklin 4+2 protocols to communicate with monitoring centers. A voice message up to 20 seconds can be recorded. CTC-1039 provides two-way voice communication.

CTC-1052RV can incorporate four DECT devices, including Talking Pendant, Call Point, and Voice Extender to provide emergency voice communication between multiple users and monitoring centers. The panel’s digital reporting system sends alarm calls over GSM/3G and GPRS and supports Contact ID and Tunstall TTNew protocols. The help/nurse arrival function informs monitoring centers of medical workers’ proceedings and needs.

The PSS-32ZBS ZigBee Power Switch is able to toggle on/off of electrical appliances that are attached to it. Dual USB ports enable PSS-32ZBS to charge two devices at the same time. PSS-32ZBS will stop charging when the battery is full, preventing potential hazards of over-charging.

OPDC-1-ZW is an optical door/window contact that monitors the opening/closing of doors or windows and alerts users of any irregular activities. Requiring no magnet contact, the optical sensor OPDC-1-ZW significantly reduces the mounting effort and increases the installation flexibility. It also comes with a reflecting sticker for users to fix on the opposite side of the infrared sensor to enhance infrared detection.

The VST-1905 Series offers converters that switch PSTN alarms adopting Contact ID protocol to IP/GSM/3G networks and convert PSTN CID into SIA/CID protocol. This series is linked to Home Portal Server for users to view events online and can work with the ARS software for central stations to receive readily converted alarm data. Each model has three inputs as normally open/closed contacts to send alarms over IP/GSM/3G.
