Magnetic activated level switches, when they have been installed at the point of operation, they work as on /off switches and are used for full automatic management of tanks (including pressurized ones). One or more instruments can be used, depending on the number of operation points necessary. Instruments with rigid rod for vertical installation.
Used for full automation of control management, including pressurized tanks, tubs, boilers and for the control of pumps, valves and alarm systems. Also available with chamber for external mounting (side-side or side-bottom) compliant with PED 97/23/CE regulation. SENSILEVEL and SPIN |

Magnetic activated level switches designed for more severe industrial applications and used for control, safety and supervision. The various models allow one or more switches to be installed in a watertight, explosion proof or intrinsically safe housing. Pneumatic switches are also available. Special materials for bodies and floats allow use with especially aggressive liquids or severe conditions. A specific cooling extension is installed between the body and switch housing for applications with high temperatures. Instruments up to PED 97/23/CE (up to Class IV) are available.

Magnetic Indicators

Colima Visco and Colima Viscorol magnetic level indicators have been designed for optical viewing of liquid levels in most industrial applications. They are also suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications and the range is complemented by having a pharmaceutical grade option available when requested.
The indicators can be equipped with electrical contacts or with a potentiometer transmitter for full automation of process management, including pressurised tanks, vats, boilers, for the control of pumps, valves and alarm systems.

The Flu Swictch family products are magnetically activated vane type flow switches for monitoring gas or liquid flow rates.
When installed at the point of operation, they work as on /off switches and are used as automatic controls and process security systems allowing operations such as starting/stopping of pumps, opening/closing of solenoid valves and activation of alarm systems.
The flow switches can be equipped with electrical contacts, SPDT or DPDT micro switches along with different protective housings and with optional two-colour visual indicator to suit most environmental and safety conditions. Flu A is the gas flow detection version while Flu O is dedicted to liquid flow appications.
