Coaxial multi-head control is possible
Capable of controlling multi-head operation on one axis, which was not possible with ball screw type.
Excellent acceleration and speed performance
Because there is no power conversion structure, it is possible to do fast positioning, low speed positioning and smooth constant speed operation which was not possible with ball screw type. The high conduction efficiency provides excellent acceleration performance.

MML010 type
The lightest and most compact linear motor in the MML series. In a limited small space, efficient driving is possible. It is a linear motor suitable for the miniaturization of equipment in various fields.
MML020 type

MML030 type

MML040 type

Since the bearings employ ball bearings or circular bearings, the expected life expectancy is 50,000 hours.
Waterproof effect
It has a waterproof effect of ip68, and in our experiment, we continue to drive five samples 1000 hours (not guaranteed values) in water.
Safety design, low leakage flux
The automatic safety device also acts as a burnout prevention function even if the rotation of the fan motor is constrained. In addition, because the leakage flux is very small, it becomes possible to use it near the display etc.
