The Nelson is a reflective sensor that finds typical use in monitoring high speed harvested yarns. It is possible to customize the sensor in order to monitor wires with a straight path or, if necessary, wires that make a cross. The 10mm footprint allows you to monitor parallel narrow gauge wires
Dent Sensors ⇒Compact sensor
The Compact is a transmission technology sensor capable of monitoring a wide range of counts (from 5 to 5,000 dtex) at a process speed between 3 and 8,000 m / min. The construction technology allows you to monitor various types of yarns including the more complex ones to monitor such as carbon fiber, glass fibers or colored yarns.

The DTY sensor was developed to monitor a wide range of counts including thin counts and elastomeric yarns. The sensor is equipped with a compensation system that allows the sensor to work in particularly severe environments. The sensor can be supplied with a button that allows to inhibit monitoring for the time set in the construction specifications.

Designed for simple applications in a wide range of processes: suitable for the non-contact yarn guard function on bales or for transversal movement of the hoops for 8 dtex yarns to carpet yarns.
Dent Sensors ⇒Wrap sensor
The sensor has been developed to monitor any coils that may be created around rollers (friction rollers or ironing rollers) in order to avoid damage to the machine due to unwanted accumulation of yarn. The sensor is able to recognize the variation of the reflected light in case of coils and intervenes by giving a signal to the operator.

The CreelBar multi-position sensor was developed as the name suggests for use on creels and then also finds other applications such as for example in the monitoring of synthetic monofilament yarns and in other applications where the yarns run in parallel. Modular systems up to 1600 wires (50 groups of 32 sensors) with a single Dent control are currently in operation
