D03 Valve (Series Q03)

Wet armature, solenoid operated, low pressure drop directional control valves with an NFPA D03 pattern for use up to 4500 psi and 20 gpm (depending on spool). These direct operated, solenoid control directional control spool valves are of robust construction, with wet armature design for long, quiet life. Coils are easily removable for replacement or conversion. AC coils support dual frequency operation. The valves may be supplied with coils having optional Deutsch connectors for optimum intrusion protection. The maximum operating pressure of the supply and work ports is 4500 psi, with a maximum tank port rating of 2300 psi, and flows up to 21 gallon per minute, depending on coil voltage and spool configuration.

D03 Legacy Valve Series

Double A® Legacy QF, QJ, and QM directional Control Valves are available with NFPA D03 and D05 interface patterns. These robust, high quality valves are equally suited as replacement for existing valves, or for new applications.

These valves are equipped with wet armature solenoids for longer, quieter life, even under adverse environments. They have a maximum work port operating pressure of 4500 psi, with low pressure drops.  Maximum flows are up to 16 gpm for the D03 valves, and 32 gpm for the D05 valves.  DIN or Junction Box electrical connections are available, with standard indicating lights.

The PFG series pumps are self-priming rotary gear type with fixed displacement. They may be used in hydraulic or fluid transfer applications.

Geroter H-Series

Gerotor pumps are known for their low cost-to-horsepower ratios and dependability. They are extremely tolerant of contaminants, and provide high efficiencies and quiet operation. 

The pump elements include an internal gear, keyed to the shaft, within an external gear. The internal gear has one fewer lobe than the external gear. Volume between the rotating gears increases during the intake portion of each turn, and decreases during the discharge portion.

PVPQ Piston Pump

Double A® PVPQ variable displacement piston pumps feature a rugged cast iron housing and optimized valve timing that result in quiet operation. These pumps are ideal for industrial or other noise sensitive environments. 

These pumps have high operating efficiencies, and low deadhead power requirements.  Maximum displacement stops allow flow to be adjusted to suit the application. Compensator response times are fast, with full flow to deadhead in 30 to 50 milliseconds, and deadhead to full flow in 70 to 110 milliseconds. A range of pump displacements are available.
