Dynex Checkball Pump

 

A fixed angle wobble plate, which rotates with the shaft, causes the pistons to
reciprocate in their bores.
The individual piston check valves direct flow from the inlet side of the pump
to the pump outlet.
Pump Specifications

- Fixed delivery:
   Flows from 0.22 to 60 gpm (0,83 to 227 lt / min) at 1.800 n/min.
 

- Variable delivery:
   Maximum flows from 12.7 to 60 gpm

Dynex  Split-Flow Checkball Pumps

The unique checkball pump design, with isolated pumping chambers, allows the output
of each piston to be used separately. In split-flow cover models, individual outputs
are grouped together in the pump cover or barrel, providing smooth multiple flows
to meet system requirements.
Isolator valves can be used to isolate the output of one or more individual pistons
from the main pump outlet.
Up to ten independent flows are possible from a ten-piston pump

 

Dynex  Split-Flow Circuits

In multiple function circuits, one pump can simultaneously supply independent
fixed or variable flows to multiple functions in a circuit with separate loads.
A single pump can provide synchronized movement of cylinders without using
flow dividers.
These pumps provide unique advantages for lifting, jacking and skidding operations, increasing the accuracy and flexibility of systems for handling heavy loads.
In Hi-Lo circuits one pump can efficiently supply fluid in a circuit with changing flow and pressure requirements.
This makes the pumps ideal for clamping, pressing and high-torque tool applications.

Split-Flow pumps can simplify a multiple function circuit, reducing piping and installation time.
