Portable machines with special tools for the grinding of pipe ends with metallic 140° lenticular gaskets (to BASF and DIN 2696). Fast and simple centring of the tools guarantees effective and high quality repair results.
- EFCO Portable valve grinding machines (SL / SLA / HSL)
Portable machines for grinding and lapping of sealing faces in gate valves and non-return valves, gates and flanges. Optionally, these machines can be fitted with a digital rocker for contact pressure. This patented unit guarantees reproducibility and absolutely flat sealing faces. In addition, our valve grinding machines can be fitted with a swing-check adapter to enable machining of sealing faces on non-return valves with a large inclination. Hard seats can be machined with our portable high-speed valve grinding machine with driven spindles. This makes extremely fast and effective machining possible. This option can be retrofitted (SLA) on existing machines or can be supplied as a complete system.
Fast setup and removal of the machines is guaranteed by means of a specially developed clamping block.

The EFCO TSV is a portable grinding and lapping machine with excenter for the machining of sealing faces of safety valves. The machine has two separate drives. This results in a cross-ground and absolutely flat sealing face.

High-speed grinding machine for machining flat and conical sealing faces in valves and on flanges. Particularly suitable for precise grinding of heavily damaged faces, cylindrical holes and conical sealing faces, in particular after build-up welding.

- EFCO Stationary Grinding Bench (KS)
These stationary grinding machines can be used on site or in the workshop. They are suitable for face grinding gates, valve seats and other machine components. The aluminium grinding plate is fitted with self-adhesive abrasive disks. A fixed stop provides improved guiding of the workpiece.

- EFCO Stationary surface lapping machine for face seals, valve seats, gates etc. (FLM)
EFCO surface lapping machines are excellent for lapping individual or series components. Worn components, such as valve seats, mechanical shaft seals, disks, etc., can be re-lapped in repair workshops and at refurbishment companies. Automatic and finely adjustable lapping compound feed as well as freely adjustable lapping table speed guarantee high quality lapping results.

Stationary grinding and lapping machines for the repair of sealing faces in valves and gates. These machines are characterised in particular by their stable and robust design, compact machine concept, very high table load and modular concept. A second table can be retrofitted at any time. Driven planetary gears to increase removal can also be retrofitted.

- EFCO Portable lathes for sealing faces, flanges and bores (TD)
The EFCO TDs are portable lathes for precision machining of bores and sealing surfaces in valves, cylinders, pumps, turbine housings, etc. These machines are suitable for use on site and in the workshop, in power stations, for valve servicing, for chemical and petrochemical facilities, in steel construction, in shipyards and in oilfields.
The TD sports a multitude of excellent properties and is therefore the most powerful, safest lathe of its kind on the market. The outstanding properties of the new TD include:
- Stable bore machining
- Continuously variable, automatic axial and radial feeds
- Handy control panel, fine adjustments at the gearbox casing (no intervention at the rotary head required)

The pressure to reduce costs in industrial maintenance increases. So does the demand for durable and efficient machines. Due to its flat design and the low weight, the portable, ID-mounted TDFI is ideal for applications in areas with limited working space.
The EFCO TDFI machine is particularly suitable for machining:

EFCO NC Series
The lathes in the NC series open up an almost infinite number of surface machining options. We achieve a completely new quality standard in flange and valve seat machining. Because of the pre-programmed processing cycles, the TD-2.02 NC special machine is ready for immediate use, and can be operated after just a small amount of instruction and no previous CNC programming knowledge. Machining options with the EFCO NC lathes. Of course, you can also supplement the program package with your own CNC programs.
TD-2.02 NC
In addition to grooving, hole machining is the other speciality of the TD-2.02 NC. The immersion depth of the machine can be increased beyond 600 mm using optionally available accessories.

TDF-2 NC
Like all lathes in the well-tried TD and TDF series, the TDF-2 NC is also designed for chip-removing facing and internal machining of rotationally
symmetrical components.The special strength of the TDF-2 NC is its robust design, which makes it particularly suitable for cutting and machining grooves.
The TDF-2 NC is fixed to the fl ange using an external clamping system, and the basic version has a large facing head, a main drive, a clamping
device and the Zaxis for vertical movements.

- EFCO CNC-controlled vertical lathes (PDM)
PDM machines are designed for the axial machining and facing of fitting housings (gate valves, valves, check valves), pumps and similar rotationally symmetrical components. They have infinitely variable speed control and axial and radial feeds (Z and X axis) with infinitely variable control that make it possible to move both axes simultaneously at different speeds.
They are equipped with CNC programs that are specially tailored to turning requirements. During program development, special attention was paid to making operation as simple as possible. Operation takes place using a portable electronic control unit.

- EFCO Stationary precision turning machine (SPM)
Stationary precision turning machines, CNC-controlled. The optimum solution for complete machining of valves, for general overhaul and also for use in production. The machines of this range have precision inclined tables (±12°, accuracy ±10“) and have been optimised for more efficient machining of valves. A particular advantage for the machining of gate valve sealing faces is the clamping. It is possible to machine both sealing faces with only one clamping by adjusting the angle at the swivel table. The symmetry of both sealing faces is thus ensured. Due to the flexible design, SPM machines can also be used for other machining tasks.
