FRIEDRICH Vibrator Motor F-Type

Our maintenance-free vibrator motors have been built for over 40 years with great success. The motor has a cylindrical roller bearing with high load capacity and improved bearing life. These bearings are lubricated for life with a special grease. Errors associated with re-greasing are eliminated. By using our maintenance-free vibration motors, overall maintenance costs will be reduced.

 

FRIEDRICH ATEX-Vibrator Motor FE-Type

FE models are designed with increased safety “Ex e” for use in areas with potential hazard by dust (zone 21 and 22) or gas (Zone 1) in accordance with directive 94/9/EC and 2014/34/EU.
Vibrator motors with approval according to equipment group II 2.
EC type-examination: KEMA 03 ATEX 2233X, IECEx KEM10.0076X
Temperature class: T3 or T4

 

FRIEDRICH / VIMARC® Stainless Steel RVS-Type

FRIEDRICH/VIMARC® stainless steel motors were developed to meet the constantly increasing demands on hygiene, germ-free use, and good cleaning characteristics in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The stator housing and the terminal box cover of this series are made of investment-cast stainless steel and are hermetically sealed by deep-drawn stainless steel sheet metal covers. Special cleaning openings in the stainless steel housing provide excellent cleaning possibilities on the underside of the housing.
The smooth motor surface – without any ribbing – allows absolutely no formation of germs.
In all other respects these motors satisfy the general specifications of standard FRIEDRICH motors

 

FRIEDRICH Coupled Motor FK-Type

Coupled motors are designed with a one-sided elongated shaft connected by a split end cover with center hole. Two motors are connected by a coupling. This compact design is facilitated by the interaction of four vibration motors and achieves linear vibrating with very high Working Moments

 

FRIEDRICH Vibrator Motor with Stainless Steel End Cover FHE-Type

FHE engines are equipped with stainless steel covers instead of covers made of powder-coated sheet metal deep drawing. The special shape and an O-ring seal made of silicone, ensure protection against the penetration of dust and water. The stainless steel hoods are available as an option for the entire program to motor size 7.
The motor housing is also coated in RAL 6011. Other colors are available on request. A special color of the motor housing with two-component Epoxy paint STEEL IT is available upon request. This Epoxy paint with particles of stainless steel INOX forms a very resilient coating. The non-toxic surface has a high resistance to chemicals, cleaning procedures, alkalis, food acids and UV rays. This coating is USDA approved.
Motors with stainless steel particle-color are equipped with stainless steel hoods and are particularly for use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

 

FRIEDRICH Motor with split end covers FHG-Type

FHG motors are equipped with split hoods made from pressed sheet metal and welded flange. The special shape and an O-ring seal of silicone to the motor and a rubber gasket between the split hoods provide perfect protection against the ingress of dust and water.
Split hoods are available both in powder-coated deep-drawn sheet and stainless steel. The color coating with powder-coated sheet metal deep drawing is standard RAL 6011.
In confined spaces, a split hood is beneficial. The split hood allows easy access and disassembly in order to adjust the weights on the motor.
Motors can be equipped with one or two split hoods. The advantage is greater and design flexible.

 

FRIEDRICH Stoneware Vibrator Motor FW-Type

Our special vibrator motors for the stoneware industry are built maintenance-free with the support of over 40 years of success. These motors are assembled with a special winding for increased power and start-stop performance.

 

FRIEDRICH Vibrator Motor with steel bearing cover FD-Type

This FRIEDRICH vibrator motor has a special steel bearing cover instead of the usual rigid cast iron bearing cap. This special version is especially useful in sudden loads in chutes. For example it improved the processes found in foundries, quarries and other recycling plants. Otherwise, these motors meet the general specifications of the standard FRIEDRICH vibrator motors.

FRIEDRICH Vibrator Motor flange FF Type

We have over 35 years of great success building our maintenance-free flange motors. The built-in cylindrical roller bearings with high load capacity and increased bearing life are lubricated with a special grease for life. The possibility errors associated with a dirty grease nipple, incorrect amount of grease being added or incorrect re-greasing is ruled out. By using our maintenance-free Flange motor you will reduce your maintenance costs.

 

VIMARC® Vibrator Motor X-Type

VIMARC® vibration motors have been built for over 50 years with great success. The built-in cylindrical roller bearings with high capacity and increased bearing life are lubricated in our factory with a special grease for life.
Since 2009, the extensive VIMARC® motor program in Haan, Germany has also been manufactured at the plant in Houston (Texas), USA. The complete service for these motors at both locations includes production of new motors, technical advice, spare parts and repair services.

 

VIMARC® Explosion-Proof-Vibrator motor DP-Type

VIMARC® vibration motors have been built for over 50 years with great success. The built-in cylindrical roller bearings with high capacity and increased bearing life are lubricated in our factory with a special grease for life.
Since 2009, the extensive VIMARC® motor program in Haan, Germany has also been manufactured at the plant in Houston (Texas), USA. The complete service for these motors at both locations includes production of new motors, technical advice, spare parts and repair services.

 

FRIEDRICH Unbalance Exciters

The FRIEDRICH Unbalance Exciter serves to drive vibratory conveyors, screens and other vibration systems with very high load and/or very high flow rates. Unbalance Exciters generate a linear oscillating motion. The forced synchronization of the weights are not transverse vibrations generated when switching on and off the machine
