OEM pressure sensors
|
We develop and produce OEM pressure sensors using thin film on steel technology for high standards in our own plant.
The pressure is measured using expansion measurement structures on a steel membrane.
Under pressure load the membrane changes shape, resulting in a change of the electrical resistance of the structure. |
|
By manufacturing using progressive GFS thin film technology, and with our many years of production experience our products have the highest measuring accuracy and stability.
Used by manufacturers of pressure transmitters and pressure measuring systems.
|
|
Features of the thin film pressure sensor cell:
- measuring structure is layered directly onto the steel
- special steel membrane
- highest accuracy and long-term stability
- integrated temperature compensation or integrated temperature measuring resistor
- optimum sensitivity due to strain gauge bridge circuit
- resistant against extreme ambient conditions
- customised design of the membrane and connection piece also possible
- Scope of delivery::
OEM sensor (=measuring cell with welded pressure connection and electrical connecting flex)
or coated measuring cell

Ceramic OEM Sensors
|
Using ceramic as membrane materials provides excellent chemical resistance to the medium, and excellent mechanical properties.
By using thick film technology in manufacturing the strain gauge structure it is possible to manufacture value-for-money high quality measuring cells. The conductive paths and resistors are screen-printed on with the appropriate pastes and then burned in.
Used by manufacturers of pressure transmitters and pressure measuring systems.

|
Features of the ceramic pressure-measuring cell:
- alumina ceramic sensor body
- highest chemical resistance to the medium
- relative or absolute pressure measurementh
- high measurement signal due to the strain gauge bridge circuit
- extremely high insulation voltage
- integrated temperature compensation
- laser trimming for zero point and temperature compensation
- excellent cost-performance value
- available as OEM sensor (=assembled with metal pressure connection piece) or as measuring cell

Nickel temperature sensors
|
We have manufactured and developed thin film nickel temperature measuring resistors for over 15 years.
Of all the metals, nickel has the highest thermal change of resistance and subsequently provides a higher measurement signal.
Nickel measuring resistors have been used since the beginning of electronic heating regulation, air-conditioning and ventilation of buildings and systems.
They are also used in industrial measuring and automation technology.
Used by heating manufacturers and their suppliers, makers of sensors, and manufacturers of process automats and laboratory measuring equipment
|
Features of the temperature sensors:
- metal film resistor with excellent long-term properties
- bearing material is ceramic with good heat conductivity
- All the standard characteristics in Europe and the USA are available.
- high accuracy due to laser trimming
- great thermal sensitivity
- Simple passive linearization of the measurement signal is possible.
- Various base values, designs and connection types in store.
- Other custom models possible.
