GAS Series :
Explanation :
1. GAS Series is a compact sized adjustable hydraulic shock absorber and its damping force is decided by variableness of the oil's transfer passage(multiple orifice) which transfer according to Shock Absorber Piston's straight-line movement. The damping power can be controlled accordance with the condition of the collision object by adjustment dial which located at the tip.
2. The external diameter of the body, which is composed of screw makes an increase of surface area, so the thermal energy could emit to exterior more rapidly. When it is installed, it is convenient to control the fixing location so it can be installed in a right position which user wants to fix.
3. The piston rod is plated by hard chromium and has a very strong durability by using the special seal.
4. Bumper head type Shock Absorber reduces noise and the bumper head plays a role as a stopper itself, so there is no necessary of extra stop collar.
5. It can be used in that the impact absorbtion is required such as automobile manufacturing, tire manufacturing, press casting, assembling JIG and transfer equipment.
6. The nonstandard product : Design, manufacture and distribute by customer's specific application requirements.
7. Use Temperature => Standard oil : -10~80°C
Special oil : -30~100°C

GSS Series
Explanation :
1. GSS Series is non-adjustable hydraulic shock absorber and its damping power is fixed.
It adopts multiple orifice structure, therefore, it has high absorption ability of impact, no need to adjust within the usage boundary, can be decelerated smoothly on high speed collision. When low speed Shock Absorber is used, a very heavy weighted object also can be stopped smoothly.
Also, it can be more effective in the place of difficult to adjust.
2. Bumper head type Shock Absorber has a function of cushion itself, so there is no necessary of extra stop collar.
3. It is used for shock-absorbing and vibration-absorbing of robot, high speed transfer equipment, packing machine, semiconductor equipment and extraction robot.

GSL Series :
Explanation
1. A model of high load and large energy capacity for heavy industry smoothly and safety decelerates and it minimizes the shock force by the interrelationship between internal oil and N2 gas.
2. Usage : It is used for a place to protect equipment from large impacts in applications such as automated storage, automotive transfer line.
3. Operational principal
- As the external force impacts straightly to bumper head part, the piston enters to oil chamber and the oil move to gas chamber through the multiple orifice. At this moment, the shock force is absorbed by internal mechanism. The oil moved to gas chamber compress the gas by to push the chamber piston. The compressed gas operate as a accumulator and make the piston rod to return to the original position, when the external force is disappeared.
- Hydraulic Buffer is a non-adjustable type and it provides a high absorbtion efficiency of the shock force and the ordering manufacture is possible as customer's request. Piston rod can be used for a long time due to its hard chromium plating.
