Overview
The DPS-4024HA Dual Profile Log Scanner is primarily used to scan logs in high production environments. Other applications include pipe and steel tubing. A key feature of the DPS-4024HA is the ability to operate in outdoor applications, reducing or eliminating the need for shielding from direct sunlight.
Incorporating two cameras and two lasers in a co-planar configuration, the DPS-4024HA offers a large scan zone and high scan rate.
Multi scanner arrays can be configured for either lineal or transverse scanning.
Integrated Ethernet and TCP/IP allow for simplified installation and maintenance.

Overview
The DPS-824S1 Dual Profile Board Scanner is designed for transverse sawmill optimization scanning applications.
With a large scan zone and scan rates up to 3000 scans per second, the
DPS-824S1 is ideal for scanning boards, flitches, and cants up to 12” thick.
The proprietary co-planar scanning technology, combined with the ability to load new processing software delivers scanning performance today with a technology upgrade path for the future.
The industrial grade DPS-824S1 is normally installed in groups of 10-26 scanners, larger and smaller installation are possible. It is considered by many, as the most reliable sawmill scanner available today.

Overview
Hermary’s LRS-50 Laser Range Sensor is a popular single point range sensor used in a wide range of industrial applications. Considered by many to be the most rugged, dependable and versatile single point sensors available.
The LRS–50 is based on laser triangulation and delivers up to 1000 distance readings per second.
With a scan range of up to 130 inches and a unique Range/Resolution performance curve, the LRS-50 is suitable for scanning objects of various sizes and precision requirements.

Overview
The SL-1880E is fundamentally our SL-1880 with EtherNet/IP communication capability.
EtherNet/IP enables direct communication with a Programmable Automation Controller (PAC), seamlessly integrating into the Rockwell Automation Integrated Architecture.
Single or multiple SL-1880E scanners can be directly interfaced to a PAC.
Key information from the SL-1880E is processed by the PAC using Ladder Logic and/or Structured Text programming. For the first time ever, the power of 3D Machine Vision is available to the PAC programmer.
