Hydramotor Gas Valves are with or without valve seal overtravel interlock (FM Proof of closure). For on-off main line gas control.

 

Hydramotor Gas Valve AH8 / V710

The Hydramotor Gas Valve AH8 / V710 is a proportioning control with low fire positioning. It is a line voltage actuator which permits limit and safety controls to be wired directly into line voltage power circuit. The Hydramotor AH8 provides adjustable low fire positioning and proportioning control between low and high fire positions. It is a modulating, push-type, self-contained and electrohydraulic linear actuator. It features an electronic controller
for accurate positioning. The low-fire position is factory set at the stroke midpoint. It can be field adjustable to any position up to 100% of stroke.

 

Hydramotor Gas Valve AH14 / V710

The Hydramotor AH14 / V710 actuator has a separate on-off and is electro-hydraulic. It is for use in conjunction with safety shut-off valves in semi-automatic gas-fired single burner, boiler and furnace applications.

 

Hydramotor S107372 Actuator Replacement Kit

The Hydramotor S107372 Actuator Replacement Kit for HO Hydramotor Gas Valves is designed for use with HO Series Hydramotor Gas Valve bodies. It allows interchangeabillity of actuators without removing the existing HP valve body from the line. Consists of a new improved AH13 actuator and valve bonnet assembly together with all the necessary parts.

Hydramotor HV11, HV12, HV15 and HV62 Shutoff Valves

The Hydramotor HV11 Shutoff Valve is a 2-way, normally closed valve with a bronze body. The HV11 series is suitable for water, oil, gas and steam. It is an electrohydraulic linear actuator and has an extended iron cast.

 

Hydramotor H30/H35 Actuator

The Hydramotor H30/H35 are electrohydraulic, linear actuators. They feature a completely self-contained, sealed, hydraulic motor/pump power unit coupled to a hydraulic cylinder container both piston/shaft assembly and return spring.

The Hydramotor Actuator H10 /H25 is a fail-safe electrohydraulic linear actuator. They feature a completely seld-contained, sealed, hydraulic motor/pump power unit coupled to a hydraulic cylinder containing both the piston/shaft assembly and return-spring.

The Hydramotor H10/H25 series are the result of over 50 years of experience in designing, testing, manufactoring and servicing electrohydaulically powered actuators.

H10 and H25 from the hydramotor series are available in both push an pull power stroke, with a choice of either spring-return or lock-in-last position upon loss of power.

Considerable field experience has proven the H10/H25 series to be extreme reliable. With minimum service requirements and a prolonged service life. The need for gears has been eleminated in favor of a modular design using fewer moving internal components and industry proven heat-resistant seals – immersed in oil for continuous lubrication.

 

Hydramotor Actuator H11

The Hydramotor Actuator H11 is a two position, spring-return, pull-type shaft that retracts on application of power and spring-returns on loss of power.

The Hydramotor H11 serie is the result of over 50 years of experience in designing, testing, manufactoring and servicing electrohydaulically powered actuators.

H11 serie of hydramotor is available in both push an pull power stroke, with a choice of either spring-return or lock-in-last position upon loss of power.

Hydramotor Actuator H24

The Hydramotor H24 serie is a two-postion, lock-in-last Position, pull-type. The shaft retracts on application of power; lock-in-last position on power failure, spring-return when relief valve is energized. Normally-closed relief valve wired independently of motor circuit.

The Hydramotor H24 serie is the result of over 50 years of experience in designing, testing, manufactoring and servicing electrohydaulically powered actuators.

H24 serie of hydramotor is available in both push an pull power stroke, with a choice of either spring-return or lock-in-last position upon loss of power.

The need for gears has been eleminated in favor of a modular design using fewer moving internal components and industry proven heat-resistant seals – immersed in oil for continuous lubrication.

 

Hydramotor H113 Series Double Block Valve

The patent pending design of the Hydramotor incorporates a single aluminum body containing two distinct shutoff valves and one new watertight Hydramotor actuator. An optional and patent pending Posi-Prove system dynamically tests valve seal tightness and conducts a self-check automatically upon system startup.

The patent pending double block valve design of the Hydramotor H113 incorporates the following unique features:

  • Two shut-off valves within a single body reduces gas train length and cost.

  • Two independent operating shafts accomplish valve closure.

  • Unique flange design makes installation and maintenance easy.

  • Inlet screen prevents debris from obstructing valve closure and improves seal life.

  • Manual tester or optional Posi-Prove system verifies seat closure integrity.

  • Visual position indication of both valves is standard.

  • Standard valve construction uses silicone-free lubricants.

  • Wide range of pipe sizes 3/4″ through 3″.

  • Maximum operating pressure differential up to 25 PSI.

The new Hydramotor actuator incorporates two separate means of releasing the actuator shaft when de-energized. The actuator enclosure meets Watertight, Dusttight, Driptight and General Purpose requirements and eliminates the cost associated with stocking separate actuators.

 

Hydramotor H12, H15 and H62 Shutoff Valves

The Hydramotor H11 Shutoff Valve is a 2-way, normally closed valve with a bronze body. The H11 series is suitable for water, oil, gas and steam. It is an electrohydraulic linear actuator and has an extended iron cast.

The Hydramotor H62 Shutoff Valve is a 2-way, normally closed valve with a carbon steel body. The H62 series is suitable for water, oil, gas and steam. It is an electrohydraulic linear actuator and has an extended iron cast.

 

Hydramotor AH90 / NH90 electro hydraulic actuators

The AH90 / AH-90 and NH90 / NH-90 Hydramotors series are electro-hydraulic actuators. The actuators are widely used in nuclear power plant systems. They provide critical safety functions such as valve and damper operation. The Hydramotor AH90 / NH90 series are very reliable but regular maintenance and overhaul is very important.
