AERIAL WORK PLATFORMS

Scissor and Mast Lifts
Scissor and mast lifts are used where more workspace is required. Scissor lifts are designed for lifting capacity and provide larger platform work areas to allow for heavier loads than boom lifts. They may be maneuvered in a manner similar to boom lifts, but the platform may be raised only vertically, except for an available option that extends the deck horizontally up to 6 ft. (1.83 m). Scissor lifts are available in various electric and gas-powered (rough terrain) models with maximum platform heights of up to 43 ft. (13.11 m). The 12 ft mast lifts are ideal where compact dimensions, low floor loadings and rental toughness are essential. Their super-efficient electric drive provides longer runtime than any other lift in its class. A five-inch turning radius means more maneuverability while the 27.5” x 40” platform holds up to 500 lb.

Vertical Personnel Lifts
Vertical personnel lifts consist of a work platform attached to an aluminum mast that extends vertically, which in turn is mounted on a steel base. Two types of Vertical Mast Products are available. The AM Series is a "push-around" machine. Available in various models, these machines can be rolled in their retracted position through standard door openings, yet reach platform heights of up to 41 ft (12.5 m) when fully extended. JLG's MVL series is driveable at full height and is available with platform heights of 15 ft 4 in. (4.67 m) and 19 ft 6 in (5.94 m).

Stock Picking Products
Very similar in design to vertical personnel lifts, stock pickers are used to improve the efficiency, reach and safety of workers performing stock picking, general maintenance and other repetitive tasks. With a compact design and outstanding maneuverability, stock pickers provide close access to shelving and materials and will virtually eliminate the need for ladders or other elevating devices. Push-around models feature large platforms, high capacities of 500 pounds and working heights up to 21 feet without the need for outriggers. Mobile models are driveable at full platform height and can be configured to your specific stock-picking requirements.

TELEHANDLERS
JLG Industries, Inc. offers four brands of commercial telehandlers that represent three prominent design concepts. SkyTrak® and JLG® telehandler brands represent all-wheel steer machines. The all-wheel steering provides three steering modes; two wheel, four-wheel circle, and four-wheel crab to meet various maneuverability requirements. Gradall and Lull® branded telehandlers provide distinctive features unmatched by any other brand on the market.

|
All Wheel Steer Telehandlers
The JLG all-wheel steer telehandlers represent an optimum combination of advantages -- leading lift capacity in each class, spacious operator cab, and higher lifting height. This deluxe design also features the Transformer® machine - the world's only telehandler that can be converted into a boom lift, fully operable from the platform.
|
|
All Wheel Steer Telehandlers
The Legacy series of SkyTrak telehandlers features an all-steel, rugged chassis and has been the most popular workhorse in the North American telehandler market. SkyTrak telehandlers feature load-sensing hydraulics for comfortable control in landing a load.
|
|
Rear-Pivot Steer Telehandlers
The Gradall telehandlers feature the industry's only 90 degree rear pivot steering system, hydrostatic drivetrain and are among the highest capacities. Even on tight jobsites, operators can turn sharp corners, move down narrow aisles and square lumber and block to the landing areas with greater speed and accuracy. Plus, a mid-mounted engine provides better weight distribution, resulting in effective operation in mud, rocks or sand.

Precision Placement Telehandlers
The Lull telehandlers are the most distinctive telehandler brands on the market. These machines have the ability to move loads 80" horizontally at full height without driving or multi-functioning the boom. The entire elevating assembly translates from the rear of the chassis towards the front. This is ideal for loading material onto scaffolding or other elevated work areas.

Drop-Deck Trailers
TRIPLE-L® trailers feature the innovative Power Deck® System which provides more efficient loading and transporting of your payload. These trailers eliminate the use of cumbersome ramps or tilt beds by hydraulically lowering the entire deck to ground level. Your payload is then loaded by driving, pushing, or placing it straight on to the deck, which is then lifted into the transport position. TRIPLE-L trailers are available in Flatbed, Utility, or Enclosed configurations with capacities ranging from 2,200 – 10,000 pounds. These trailers are ideal for payloads that have low ground clearance, poor gradeability, unique wheel configurations, and applications where frequent loading and unloading are required.
