PE/HP Series Non-contact Rotary Position Sensors
The Joral Hockey Puck™ and Prox Encoder® non-contact rotary position sensors are designed with a patented non-contact magnetic assembly that allows up to 1/2"(12mm) air gap between sensor face and element. The true non-contact assembly replaces the standard shaft/bearing assembly with a rare-earth magnetic coupling that exceeds the performance of any other competing non-contact assembly on the market.
Fully sealed with automotive grade potting compound, the non-contact assembly provides a watertight seal that allows IP69K protection. The non-contact sensor with compliant connector operates fully submerged in water and is available in washdown/high currosion rated housings (stainless or medical grade Delrin™).

LP/LZ Series Non-contact Linear Position Sensors
The Joral LP/LZ series non-contact linear sensors are IP69K wire-less boom extension/ linear position devices that eliminate the common faults which occur with conventional string pot/wire reel measurement devices. Using a sealed magnetic track and a hall-effect arraythe LP/LZ non-contact linear position devices detect linear extension in 1/4" to 1" resolutions.
The Joral magnetic non-contact linear sensor eliminates the need for wire reel devices that are prone to freeze, snap, or disconnect recoil. String pot mechanical extension devices can cost hours in wasted service time, but the Joral LP/LZ series are designed modular for simple installation and service.
Select below from the LP30 and LZ30 sensors to learn more about Joral non-contact linear position sensor capabilities and part numbering options.

SINC & DINC 3-Axis Incline Sensors
Joral 3-Axis inclinometers are rated IP69K and report true angle change relative to set home via J1939 regardless change from installed orientation. The sensor's solid-state circuit processes raw inclinometer data with 3D vector math in real time to report accurate angle change across all three axis of rotation (X, Y and Z).
The SINC & DINC utalize a LED bubble display which shows change in X, Y, and level OK status. Automotive grade epoxy provides total encapsulation and IP69K weatherproofing while allowing a clear view of the LED status indicators.
The Joral SINC is packaged as one individual 3-axis inclinometer which communicates true position relative to home via J1939. The Joral DINC, also known as the Boom Angle Sensor,
is packaged as two individual 3-axis inclinometers teathered together which communicate via one J1939 connection.
