  • No separate foundation required for mounting. Can be mounted on man hole vessel.
  • External impeller adjustment - double row angular contact or spherical thrust bearing.
  • Heavy Duty , Solid Shaft - one pc. In case of cantilever.
  • No. Stuffing box leakage, hence no mechanical seal required, unless in special cases
     of toxic liquids.
  • For line Shaft bearings provide full length shaft stability.
     1.Size for high PV loads & hence long bearing life.
     2.Spaced so that first critical speed is i.e., 1.3/1.5 times working speed.
     3.Machined spigot fits aligns pump column permanently.
     4.Pump lengths altered by changing  Pump Shaft & Column components. 
     5.Line bearings of glass filled Teflon & Carbon filled Teflon against smooth shaft 
        sleeves & shaft available.
     6.Column of steel , lined with rubber , & reinforced fiber glass.

  • Stuffing box housing designed with jacketing arrangement for cooling or heating.
  • Stuffing box chamber matches the elbow design of casing, so that smooth flow with 
    minimum losses take place, The K factor for calculating losses across the elbow does
    not exceed 0.1 to 0.3
  • Available in horizontal single elbow, vertical cantilever  & special design as required.
  • Pumps can be furnished with either clockwise or counter clockwise direction of rotation
    looking from motor end.
  • Direction of flow reversible, The discharge flange can be suction for liquid in which case
    the impeller is reversed end for end, resulting in suction pressure of rotation looking
    from motor end.

Submersible   Sewage  Pumps

Kreisel Submersible Sewage pumps are
equipped with the exclusive submersion
detector probe in the seal chamber, should
the lower seal leak, allowing water into the
seal chamber, the probe activates  warning
allows time to repair the pump seal before
water enters  the
 motor
Technical Features:
The single & two-vane impeller has a non-clog
design that passes heavy sludge and solid bits.
The throughway is long with no acute turns.
Despite the compromises inherent in such 
"Open" design,thick and thin fluids are efficiently pumped.

TRISHEAR COLLOID MILL

TRISHEAR MILL operates in a much wider range
of Viscosities than other homogenising & colloid mills,
with supplementary agitation it can handle several 
hundred thousand centipoises. You can produce far
more through-put too - without paying a stiff penalty
in energy costs and maintenance.

How Does a TRISHEAR MILL work?
The machines are designed to be very tough and 
highly accurate, whereby very close tolerance
between the rotor and stator generates a high degree
of mechanical shear. This cutting action breaks down
droplets to sub-micron sizes. The result is an emulsion
that is more uniform and stable. The liquid mix is then 
pumped through the stator and surrounding mill. This
produces intense hydraulic shear which ruptures
remaining droplets & hastens the mixing process. The
main demand of today & tomorrow is better utilisation
of our resources and total elimination of pollution in the environment. These are of special significance in many Industries like :
Cosmetic Industries, Food Industries, Chemical
Industries, Pharmaceutical Industries. 

AXIAL FLOW TURBINE

  We have developed a portable Vertical / Horizontal new concept of ‘Axial flow water turbine’ for water (for low head Hydro Projects) which should allow it to directly mount an economically viable hydro plant having net head below 5 kg/cm2 - 6 Kg/cm2 max. The concept to undertake such a task was created for most of those involved in the hydro power industry, it has been well known that under normal investment circumstances, development of a hydro power project will run into hundred to thousand of crores of rupees, hence our thought goes for requirement of mini portable 15 to 100 Kilowatts of power output into working in small hydro power
