1) Jacketed ball valves are valves built with a jacket that forms a second layer covering the body. The purpose of this jacket is to supply hot water or steam through it to heat up the fluid in the valve body (also used for cooling purposes). Applies mainly to fluids that coagulate at room temperature.
2) The extended gland type mainly applies to cases where insulation material is attached to the piping. Because the stem is extended, it is easy to work with and to tighten up the gland packing.

1) Compared with the 90 degree angle of general 3-way ball valves, the Y-shaped 3-way ball valve has a wide angle of 135 degrees. It is useable for fluid of low fluidity such as powers or slurries, pipe cleaning pigs, and passing spheres.
2) There are two types of flanges, the straight type or curved type with a 22.5 degree. Combine these two flanges at the three ports for any one of a possible 54 piping patterns for best solution for your purpose.

1) The bioclean diaphragm valve series are products with sanitary specifications that utilize diaphragm valve characteristics to its fullest potential with a "structure that does not contaminate fluids" and "structure with easily cleaned."
2) The diaphragm completely isolates the flow path from the actuator and outside, and excels as an air-tight valve that does not contaminate fluids.
3) There are no pockets and deposit of fluid and no crevices clearance space for bacteria entry. The body surface is buffed finish and/or electropolished, so there is minimum adhesion. Even in cases with adhesion, it can be easily removed by cleaning.
4) Similar to standard diaphragm valves, this is a simple structure with three units: the "acutuator" "diaphragm," and "body." The top entry system makes it easy to perform maintenance such as replacement of the diaphragm.
