C-Series

New C-Series cubic screw jack featuring a compact and versatile cubic housing. High reliability and performance are guaranteed with the same precision worm gear set and lead screw as our E-Series screw jack.

The design also include two integrated lubrication systems and over 140 million standard configurations. Capacities range from 10kN to 100kN with machine screw at present.

E-Series

Our classic E-Series screw jacks features a precision worm gear set, powerful lead screw, robust housing, two integrated lubrication mechanisms and a comprehensive range of options.

Capacity ranges from 5kN to 1,000kN as standard; as customised design it can be up to 3,500kN. For low duty applications a machine screw jacks is generally suitable for higher duties ball screw jacks on roller screw jacks are available the roller screw jacks suited to very high loads. construction of these units is available in standard materials or corrosion resistant, e.g. complete stainless steel jacks. The E-Series screw jacks design is fully customisable by our engineering team to meet your exact application requirements.

U-Series

The U-Series screw jack is part of a new proposition from Power Jacks: a range of electro-mechanical subsea products specifically designed to operate at maximum efficiency in an underwater environment.

The U-Series Subsea Screw Jack has proven depth ratings of up to 3000m and capacities up to 2000kN as standard. On request they can go even deeper.

They possess all the qualities you'd expect of Power Jacks products � strength, reliability, durability and high performance. And that means they're ideally suited to operate in the toughest subsea conditions, anywhere in the world.

M-Series

The imperial (Inch/lb) single face screw jacks which, like the E-Series, delivers positive, precise actuation. Standard capabilities from 0.25Ton to 250Ton available with a machine screw for intermittent duty cycles or ball screw for higher duty cycles, energy saving and longer life at load.

Constructed in standard materials or stainless steel; ideal for special environments. Translating or rotating screw with custom designs available.

S-Series

Our high performance series typically has 50% greater duty cycle capabilities than the standard worm gear machine screw jack.

Further, the series is engineered to meet the highest standards of durability and possesses a diverse selection of configurations and accessories. Its capacity ranges from 25kN to 200kN as standard.

A-Series

High accuracy machine screw thread anode jack available in 3 model types: Standard, Swivel type and High performance all come as either translating or rotating screw configurations with capabilities from 130kN to 300kN and special designs of up to 2000kN.

Can be installed upright or inverted with a one piece forged rod end and lifting screw and able to withstand high temperatures and duty cycle the A-Series Anode Jacks can be used in harsh industrial environments.

BEVEL GEARBOXES

 

Neeter Drive Range-N

The Neeter Drive bevel gearbox is an ultra compact unit and is available in 5 sizes with 5 gear ratios.

Employing a central bearing housing support on the 1:1 and 1.5:1 gear ratios, and a small extended bearing housing on the input side of the bevel gearboxes with ratios 2:1 and above. It is a high torque rated unit with good thermal characteristics. It is available in solid shaft and hollow output shaft configurations with the optionional motor mounting flange, for easy direct coupling of a standard electric motor.

Range-U

The Range-U bevel gearbox is part of the new U-Series proposition from Power Jacks: a range of electro-mechanical subsea products specifically designed to operate at maximum efficiency in an underwater environment.

The Range-U Bevel gearbox has proven depth ratings of up to 3000m and capacities up to 20000Nm as standard. On request they can go even deeper.

They possess all the qualities you'd expect of Power Jacks products — strength, reliability, durability and high performance. And that means they're ideally suited to operate in the toughest subsea conditions, anywhere in the world.

Range-P

A compact "monobloc" bevel gearbox design provides a visually attractive, quality finished, casing, produced from die-casting, in lightweight, aluminium alloy.

Several alternative fixing options are provided each via 4 fixing holes, as well as, through 4 holes in integrally cast, small base-mounting bosses, on widely-spaced centers — for more stable mounting, to top or bottom thereby offering universal and exceptionally firm attachment facilities. A series of bevel gearboxes with three hole mounting in the gearbox casing is also available.

ELECTRIC LINEAR ACTUATORS

 

Rolaram - Linear Actuator

There are 8 standard Rolaram linear actuator models, available in 2 standard drive configurations.

Load capabilities range from 4kN to 400kN. Where accuracy is less important, the R050, R075, R100 and R125 models are available in a ball screw version giving a more cost effective solution. Custom designs are available.

 

EMA - Electro Mechanical Actuator

Consisting of 3 standard linear actuator configurations all in right-angle drive configurations.

Standard drive units are 240v/415v AC or 24v DC motors either fitted with or without a brake. There are a range of end fittings and options for trunnion mounts and limit switches. The dynamic capacity range is up to 10kN and custom designs are available.
