Driver rotary limit switch FRS is a device with IP65 protection degree which allows you to control the movement of industrial and building machines. The shaft is connected to the motor, so that, after a certain number of turns, the cams make the switches work, and then they can carry out their pre-set manoeuvre. The easy and thorough regulation of the cams allows you to set the rapid trip microswitches working point linearly and micrometrically. The choice of different cam profiles allows you to modify the limit switches function diagram.

Main features

The rotary limit switch is a device which allows you to control the movement of industrial and building machines.
The shaft is connected to the motor, so that, after a precise number of turns, the cams cause the intervention of the internal contacts.
The innovative and thorough regulation of the cams allows you to set the microswitches working point linearly and micrometrically.
FRM limit switch is equipped with 3 internal rotation axes, whose ratios for each exit can be different.
A forth rotation axis is available for the application of a speed reader. Ratios range from 1:1 up to 1:900, and the application of encoders, potentiometers or some other sensors in addition to the group of microswitches, realizes in the same device an analogic or digital output, which can be properly read.
Contacts are positive-opening (EN 60947-5-1), which improves the worker’s safe.
The series ranges several accessories, such as cog wheels, male shafts, flexible shafts, flanges, internal connections plates.
Ravioli is focusing its activity on products in the respect of people, following the standards which are defined in its Code of Ethic Behaviour. Such products have been studied in order to improve the workers’ safety, and they do not contain any substances which is harmful for the environment.

Model : FCN

The rotary limit switch is a device which allows you to control the movement of industrial and building machines. The shaft is connected to the motor, so that, after a certain number of turns, the cams make the switches work, and then they can carry out their pre-set manoeuvre. The range of FCN rotary limit switches has been planned with a particular internal symmetry that allows you to have a series of 5 microswitches (on-off exits) as well as some other linear exits, and a potentiometer in the same box. The innovative and thorough regulation of the cams allows you to set the microswitches working point linearly and micrometrically. Reduction ratios range turns out to be remarkably large, since microswitches can be fitted with guaranteed opening (EN 60947-5-1) as well as deviation or progressive double opening contacts. The choice of different cam profiles allows you to modify the limit switches function diagram

Model : FCR

The worm drive limit switches FCR are particulary suitable for controlling the stops of the lifting electric circuits on building cranes and bridge cranes.
The range includes, among the others, the limit switches equipped with up to 4 microswitches and respective adjustable cams, profile type 1 (standard - white coloured).
On request two other types of cams are available: the profile type 2 (grey coloured) or type 3 (red coloured). They are essential in any particular case to modify the operation chart.
The worm drive limit switches are furthermore supplied in two different versions: either with slow guaranteed opening switches (CEI 17.12 chapter 492) or with changeover quick break switches.
The outer casing is made of termoplastic material with high mechanical and temperature variation resistance

COMPACT controller

The range of joysticks and COMPACT controller units are suitable for controlling hoisting and lifting equipments, and particularly cranes, by means of contactors or inverters. They can be supplied in an open version (MW and MC types) and mounted on fixed areas such as pulpits and seats.

They are also available in a portable box, COMPACT series, in which case they come with: 2 MC2 joysticks, 1 emergency stop button, a series of push-buttons and a shoulder-belt.
This equipment is the result of RAVIOLI’s long experience in the field, combined with in-depth ergonomic studies for innovative designs and materials, using state-of-the-art technology. Particular attention has been paid to easy handling of the device and to the mechanical aspects, in order to guarantee the suitability of the product for heavy duty work in industry. All the materials in direct contact with the environment are resistant to atmospheric agents, oils, temperature changes and crashes.
The rubber gaskets ensure excellent protection against dust and liquids. The COMPACT series of controller units has been designed to guarantee the ergonomic protection of the levers against accidental contact. The optimised space inside the units ensures that all connections can be made easily and quickly, and also simplifies the maintenance. The emergency stop button is built to comply with EN 418 standards.

Ravioli Dual

The DUAL radio remote control, in the basic version with on-off outlets, is part of a range of radio remote controls designed for the movement needs of operating machines which require a high number of commands and proportional functions. During the design phase, particular importance was given to the conception of modularity, in order to make the device extremely versatile, expandable and suitable to be personalized.
By a standard transmitter and by inserting a special card in the receiver, it is possible to control all building cranes having proportional rotation. Many functions, which can be set using dip-switches, allow to lay different types of outlets for moving the crane up to 5 lifting speeds

Push-button radio remote control Type JUMP

JUMP radio remote control can be used in several different application fields (f.i. building cranes, hoists, operating machines, etc.). JUMP is a highly safe radio remote control, it presents emergency button and, by reception, two stop and circuit relays with double microprocessor.

The ergonomic and sturdy (IP65) transmitter is provided with removable battery packs, which can be easily inserted and removed. Moreover, it is equipped by a comfortable, stuffed, doublefastening belt. Yu can change frequency and automatic stop time through the transmitter control buttons, and turn the self-switching-off option on or off. The receiver is available in two versions: outdoor with 12 or 20 relays, in a IP65 plastic container, easy to be installed and with a possible external antenna; or even indoor for control boards, with 20 relays, not bulky and which can be installed on DIN rails and provided with an external antenna. JUMP is available with customized sticky labels and with advanced functions on request.

  Why EURO - Connectors ?
The European Union has led to the unifying and standardising of norms for all lift truck manufacturers.
Their products must therefore satisfy the norms included in the EEC European Machine Directive 89/392.
In the case of connectors the corrisponding requirements are defined in the EEC European Directive 73/23 - Low Voltage.
RAVIOLI’s EURO-Connectors have CE markings and are in conformity with the following Norms:
- The Norm DIN 43589 parts 1 and 2, which define unified distances between centres and unified dimensions.
- Recommendations FEM 4007a and 4007b
- EEC European Community Directive 86/663 Add.C
- Standardised European Norm EN1175-1

Using EUROPE Series Connectors, RAVIOLI customers know that they are in conformity with the CEE Norms.

 

These connectors are suitable for linking electrical motors, batteries and battery chargers for lift trucks and electric vehicles up to each other.
Each model is made up of a plug and a socket different from each other.
The range includes three models:

• 80A: for 16 or 25 mm2 insulated cable
• 160A: for 25, 35, or 50 mm2 insulated cable
• 320A: for 50, or 70 mm2 insulated cable

All types are prepared for the use of reducing bushings depending on the diameter of cable used. The main contacts are in silver-plated electrolytic copper.
As laid down by the Norms:

• The connectors are supplied with a coding pin for operating
  voltage which ensures that only same voltage plugs and sockets
  can be connected.
  The codified values are 24-36-48-72-80-96V cc.
• Standard equipment includes a cable clamp at the end of the
  joined plug and socket, which guarantees protection degree IP23.
• All electrical parts are protected against accidental contact.
  In addition, two auxiliary contacts featuring maximum 20A continuous
  duty with advance opening compared to the main contacts
• can be mounted.

Furthermore, in some types of traction battery a mixing of electrolite through air is required in order to improve the life of the battery itself.
Therefore, connectors are provided with a system including two small pipes, one for the socket and one for the plug, for transportation of air between battery charger and battery.

These plugs and sockets complete the range of twin connectors used for link-ups between battery-operated vehicles and battery
chargers.
The main contacts are in copper alloy and are prepared for soldering of cables.
An auxiliary contact with advanced opening compared to the main contacts can be fitted on the connectors.
They are always supplied dismounted and complete with all accessories required for mounting.

 Ravioli Push Button Pendant Stations LADY series

 The  single-row push-button stations for auxiliary circuits are the result of a blend of Ravioli’s long experience in the field, detailed studies in ergonomics, and the use of innovative, modern design and materials, in compliance with the best technology available today.

In designing the product particular attention was paid both to easy handling features and to the technical aspects, in order to ensure usage also in heavy-duty circumstances.

All the materials, which come into direct contact with the environment, are resistant to atmospheric agents, oils, temperature changes and are shockproof. The rubber gaskets ensure optimal protection against dust and liquids. The optimised internal space allows to make all connections easily and quickly. Bridge connections have been projected in order to reduce cabling time and are available upon request. LADY push-button station is offered in 6 different sizes, ranging from 2 to 12 buttons devices and various controls and switches can be mounted on each type. LAP versions for bridge cranes and hoists and LAE for building cranes are available.

Ravioli Push Button Pendant Stations Stilo series

The STILO range of push-button stations for auxiliary circuits has been designed and produced in compliance with the safety criteria specified in the Europan Rules Machinery Directive EEC 89/392. The products are the result of years of experience and are specifically designed for heavy-duty as well as normal requirements. Types PKE are most suitable for building cranes while types PKP are for bridge cranes. They are available in versions containing from 4 to 14 buttons, size and inside space tested to allow fast cabling, thus reducing time and costs.

Ravioli Slip Rings

The emergency stop push-button has been designed in according to EN 418 regulations. The NC contacts feature guaranteed opening (EN 60947-5-1) and can be supplied also in the 2NC increased safety version. All buttons are marked with international symbols. The switches have self-cleaning sliding contacts in silver alloy.
