SRZ Module Type Controller
The SRZ (Z-TIO) is 4 channels digital temperature controller packed one compact module.
Z-TIO (4 channels type) module can have 4 CT (current transformer) inputs. 3-phase heater can be monitored by allocating two CTs to one control channel.
Modules can be remotely distributed by connecting them via RS-485 communication. Up to 16 Z-TIO (128 DIs) and 16 Z-DIO (128 DOs) modules can be connected to one serial communication line by distributed installation.
The maximum number of modules connected by distributed installation is 31 modules.

<Autotuning function>
Autotuning a process with fast response may produce PID autotune constants that would fluctuate the process excessively.
In the HA401/901, PID autotune constants are settable in 1/100 units for accurate control. The HA401/901 are suited for applications that reach the set point in five (5) minutes or more. If the process is less than five minutes to the set point, RKC recommends adjusting the AT differential gap to less than 10 seconds (default value in the HA401/901) prior to autotuning. If the process is less than 30 seconds to the set point, the HA400/900 is recommended

The ST-55/56 PFA/ceramic coated thermocouples were designed for use on for small surface areas. These sensors are able to measure many points in a small surface area or, by using an adhesive type ST-55, the sensor can stick to an exact spot for measurement.
It is a K thermocouple type capable of measuring temperature up to 500 °C (932 °F).
Accuracy is ± 0.5 % ±1 °C.

Resin Pressure Sensor CZ-GP100
RKC's resin pressure measuring system is suitable for monitoring and control of resin pressure for extruders.
The CZ-GP100 resin pressure sensor enables the measurement point where instrumentation was impossible in conventional sensor (CZ-100P, CZ-200P).
Since the sensing part is installed separately from a strain gauge (main unit), pressure measurement with a minimum temperature effect can be achieved.

The combination of resin pressure sensor (CZ-200P), the resin pressure indicator (PG500), the output converter (PCT-300) and digital controllers for strain gauge input (HA430/930) contributes to the improvement of productivity and quality of products.
The CZ-200P has new features such as built-in thermocouple while retaining high reliability of CZ-100P. The features of CZ200P includes: a wide selection of screw type, UNF, PF and M14/16 type screws, Low pressure type (0 to 0.5MPa, 0 to 1MPa), built-in thermocouple.
A push-rod method is used in CZ-200P. There is no risk of contamination in case of accident, so CZ-200P suits food processing application.

As the THV-A1 single phase power control unit can be used with control modes selectable from constant voltage, constant current and constant power, it can be used with such heaters as noble metals (Platinum and molybdenum), super Kanthal, and SiC (Silicon Carbide) that have changing resistance in accordance with temperature changes.

Single Phase Power Control Unit ( 20 to 100 amps )
The THV operates at 100 up to 240V AC and automatically selects power supply frequency 50 or 60Hz. Three types of control modes are selectable: phase control, zero-cross control to suppress high frequency noise, or zero-cross control.
