GEL Tape and GEL Chips are cuttable shock absorbent sheets that are adhesive on one side for easy application. They use a version of Alpha GEL that is both soft and strong with excellent shock absorbing and vibration damping functionality.

The COH Line is a series of heat dissipation sheets made of highly soft silicone with added thermal conduction functionality. When inserted between heat sources and heat sinks, they efficiently eliminate air gaps between surfaces by adhering firmly and following component contours. The COH Line ensures efficient heat transfer and protects PCB components.

Cross-linked particles of Lambda GEL DP-Line eliminate running and vaporization problems seen with traditional grease and phase change materials.

Good electrical insulation.

A silicone Optical Clear Adhesive (OCA) that fills air gaps between components in LCD displays, improving brightness and contrast. It is highly resistant to yellowing and shows excellent long-term performance. We sell OPT Alpha GEL in sheets, making it both easy to handle and highly reworkable.

Characteristics

Made of high-grade silicone, this OCA boasts superior physical properties, providing stable performance.

OPT Alpha GEL shows minimal yellowing when exposed to heat and UV radiation. It has low temperature dependence, allowing OPT Alpha GEL to thrive at a wide range of temperatures.

OPT Alpha GEL retains elasticity and reduces stress on display components. This contributes to a more uniform displayed image and improved shock resistance.

Displays can be reworked after bonding with OPT Alpha GEL, improving yields and reducing cost.

OPT Alpha GEL is available in thicknesses between 0.175 mm and 1.8 mm.

The maximum width of OPT Alpha GEL is by 1,500mm. It is suitable for large scale display.

 

 

 

Alpha GEL Cured-In-Place Gasket (CIPG) is applied with an automated system directed by 3D plotting software and cured in place with UV light. Its elasticity, compressibility, and ability to follow part warpage impart Alpha GEL CIPG with its superior water and dust proofing functionality.

Characteristics

Alpha GEL CIPG is designed with a perfect balance of material properties both before and after UV curing.

Thanks to the power of UV curing, Alpha GEL CIPG hardens more quickly than standard moisture curing, reducing process time.
