Temposonics C-Series Position Sensors

Temposonics C-Series embeddable sensors offers small size and attractive volume prices for those OEM’s who want to integrate a sensor that can take advantage of the application’s inherent architecture for protecting the sensor from environmental influences while reducing cost. MTS offers fasten-on protective housing options for these products when embedding is not feasible. C-Series sensors are suitable for continuous position or level measurement in commercial and light industrial applications.

MH Series Model MH in-cylinder linear position sensors

Temposonics MH Series model MH magnetostrictive position sensors measure the absolute position of hydraulic cylinders. Model MH mobile hydraulic sensors can be fully sealed and embedded in a cylinder which provides excellent protection against the environment and EMI and ensures a long operating life. A proprietary M12x1 connector system ensures IP69K protection for the whole hydraulic cylinder. MH Series position sensors are designed for cylinders with a 2 inch diameter

MH Series Model MH5 in-cylinder linear position sensor

Temposonics MH Series model MH5 magnetostrictive position sensors measure the absolute position of hydraulic cylinders. MH Series Model MS in-cylinder linear position sensor

MH Series Model MT redundant in-cylinder linear position sensor

The Temposonics MH Series Model MT magnetostrictive redundant position sensor measures the absolute position of hydraulic cylinders. The model MT mobile hydraulic position sensor can be fully sealed and embedded in a cylinder which provides excellent protection against the environment and EMI and ensures a long operating life. The model MT contains two completely independent measuring systems for safety applications. The Model MT position sensor is designed for cylinders with a 2 inch and larger diameter.

MH Series Model MXR Robust linear-position sensing for off-highway equipment

The Temposonics MH Series Model MXR magnetorestrictive position sensor measures the absolute position of linear displacements. The Model MXR can be mounted externally to a hydraulic cylinder or between two linkage points. The versatile and rugged mechanical package has been designed to withstand the roughest off-highway applications.

MH Series Model HE in-cylinder linear position sensor

The Hall Effect Model HE sensor is designed to measure the absolute position of hydraulic cylinders. Multiple mechanical packages are available to allow installation into the hydraulic cylinder through both internal and external methods. IP69K sealing is also achievable with the use of MTS’s integrated M12 connector system. The Model HE is targeted for applications with lower duty cycles and where pin to pin dimensions are critical.

The Level Plus Model MR liquid level transmitter satisfies the demand for an analog communication interface that offers the liquid level marketplace unsurpassed flexibility to meet most process application conditions.  The Model MR transmitter provides 3-IN-1 measurement using one process opening form product level, interface level, and temperature measurements.  Once the transmitter is installed and calibrated there is no requirement for scheduled maintenance or recalibration.

Level Plus Model MG Liquid Level Transmitter

The Level Plus Model MG liquid level transmitter satisfies the demand for a digital communication interface that offers the liquid level marketplace unsurpassed flexibility to meet most process application conditions including automatic tank gauging. The Model MG provides 3-IN-1 measurement using one process opening for product level, interface level, and temperature measurements. Level Plus Model USTDII Liquid Level Transmitter

The Level Plus Model USTDII Liquid Level Transmitter is designed for use in Underground Storage Tanks (UST). The most common UST application is containing automotive fuels at petrol stations. The Model USTDII transmitter provides 3-IN-1 measurement using one process opening for product level, interface level, and temperature measurement. Once the transmitter is installed and calibrated, there is no requirement for scheduled maintenance or recalibration. Set it and forget it.
