ZEC SEMIFLEX DISC

ZEC Semiflex is manufactured with a fiber support of 2.0 mm in thickness and multiple layers of first-rate abrasive.

Intended to be mounted on hand grinding machines with a proper backing pad, it acquires its flexibility after a few minutes from beginning of working. Therefore the flexibility shall never be tested by hand in a cold condition.

The flexibility allows to deaden vibrations that normally occur with the use of grinding wheels, reduces and facilitates the operator's labour while providing an excellent performance. To achieve the best efficiency of the disc, just exert a slight pressure during working.

Perforated holes on the surface prevent the work piece from overheating while, at the same time, allow the ejection of scraps

ZEC PLASTIC DISC​

ZEC Plastic does not require any support and it is fitted directly on the hand grinding machine.
It complies with the safety requirements according to the European Standard EN 13743.

Very high grinding speed in comparison with the grinding wheel and, at the same time, finishing of the work piece due to its special flexibility.

The flexibility that is gradually obtained by the disc during the working process, allows to deaden the vibrations that are normally brought about by grinding wheels: this reduces the operator's labour while ensuring an outstanding performance.

Scraps ejected through the perforated holes avoid loading of the disc and, at the same time, prevent the work piece from overheating

ZEC DOUBLE COATED FLEXIBLE DISC

Manufactured with a fiber support of 0.8 mm in thickness, the ZEC Double Coated Flexible disc is featured by multiple cooling pinholes on the abrasive surface, a particular star hole with depressed center and a domed shape, thus preventing its curling.
