PS-300 welding Motor-Generator
Application
The PS-300 welding motor-generator ( traction welder ) is a double unit used for manual DC arc welding with the 2 – 6 mm dia shielded electrodes. Due to heavy weight the unit is transportable. As a result of its design, method of power supply and transport, the generator can be used in methane non-infested underground mines or in the areas with the a degree of the methane explosion hazard as well as class A of carbon dust explosion hazard.
The PS-300 generator conforms to the standards PN-91/E-82004; PN-G-50003, has the IP54 protection rating against ingress of water and solids (as per PN-EN 60529) which is confirmed by the tests conducted by the Anti-explosion Protection and Systems Laboratory KDB BARBARA in Mikołów, Poland (report No. KD-60529-01/4337).
