The 65023 shear beam load cell was designed for weighing hoppers and tanks and for the construction of low-profile platforms. The 65083 shear beam load cell has been designed for the weighing of hoppers and tanks and for the construction of low profile platforms, it has excellent characteristics of linearity, precision and resistance to 100% static lateral loads. The 65083 shear beam cell is made of stainless steel and is equipped with watertight protection for use in severe environmental conditions and shielded 4-conductor cable 6.6 meters long for electrical connections. PSD800

The PSD800 shear beam load cell, made of stainless steel and hermetically sealed, is suitable for platforms, hoppers and pallets. The PSD800 shear beam load cell guarantees high precision up to 6000 divisions and has a 6-meter long cable.

DDR

The DDR double shear beam load cell made of stainless steel and with fully welded hermetic seal, is suitable for weighing tanks and silos and has a 12 m shielded 6-conductor cable for electrical connection. The DDR cell is easy to install and has a high linearity and low mechanical profile. Furthermore, it is also available in a high temperature version and can be customized.

1320

The off center load cell 1320, made of aluminum, is ideal for large-scale single-cell platforms, dynamometers and weight controllers. This load cell maintains precision in any position the object is loaded and this solves the problems that usually occur in weighing systems if the object does not rest exactly on the center of the cell. The off-center load cell 1320 has optional functions and can be customized according to customer needs. It has a 5-meter shielded 4-conductor cable.

C2D1

The off center load cell C2D1 can be used in different sectors as it maintains precision even where the loads are not well centered and static, it is characterized by high accuracy and low pressure. The customer can customize the C2D1 cell based on the type of application, for example the capacity can vary from 100 kg to 800 kg and the maximum dimensions of the plate are 450 x 650 mm. The C2D1 cell has a 4-conductor shielded cable.

C2G1

The Off Center C2G1 load cell is capable of weighing while maintaining high precision and maximum reliability even with off-center loads and is particularly suitable for the construction of industrial and bench electronic scales, piece counters and packaging machines. The maximum dimensions of the applicable work plan are 300x300 mm. The off center cell C2G1 is equipped with a 4-conductor shielded cable.

ALPHA

The bending beam load cell ALPHA has excellent precision in small dimensions, is easy to install, has a high temperature range of use and is equipped with a shielded 4-conductor cable 1.5 meters long for electrical connection. The ALPHA cell is used in a vast field of medical and industrial applications.

BBF

The bending beam load cell BBF is welded and built in stainless steel, has a thermal seal and has been designed for weighing tanks, hoppers, belts, platforms, single-cell systems, suspended loads and automatic packaging machines. The BBF cell is supplied with a 4-m shielded cable 3 m long.

The C2G1 HT load cell is suitable for high temperatures and it is particularly suitable for the construction of industrial and bench scales, piece counters and packaging machines. The C2G1 HT cell also measures correctly with off-center loads while maintaining high accuracy and reliability.

CS20

DSA-R

The BLH NOBEL DSA-R load cell is made of galvanized steel, it has a variable load capacity according to customers' needs and the temperature ranges from -40 ° C to + 150 ° C. It is also supplied with a special 15m cable directly connected to the load cell and an annex indicator which monitors the temperature by changing colour if it reaches extreme levels. The DSA-R load cell is perfectly suitable for weighing silos and hoppers and it is widely used in steelworks and foundries.

KIM-1

The BLH NOBEL KIM-1 load cell is extremely precise and robust, it is resistant to very high lateral forces, it has a moveable loading point and it is easy to install. The KIM-1 load cell is used in weighing / stocking systems (silos, bins, tanks), in mixing tanks, blending and dissoluble reactors, in force measurement systems and in conveyor belts. The KIM-1 load cell is also supplied with a shielded cable with 4 conductors and the length of 10 mt for electric connections.

Model 1006 is a very low capacity, high precision single point load cell designed for direct mounting in low capacity scales. Model 1006 offers very high performance from a very small size. It is very easy to use, and easy to apply in a wide variety of applications, where the acting center of force application is within 100mm of the load cell vertical axis.

The Model 1010 is a single-point load cell designed for direct mounting of low cost, low capacity weighing platforms. Its use in large platforms, combined with its high accuracy and low cost, makes this load cell ideally suited for a large range of weighing applications, including bench scales and counting scales. A special humidity resistant protective coating is available which ensures long-term reliability. The Model 1010’s built-in overload stop can provide mechanical protection against overloading. The two additional sense wires feed back the voltage reaching the load cell. Complete compensation of changes in lead resistance due to temperature change and/or cable extension is achieved by feeding this voltage into the appropriate electronics.

The Model 1022 is a low proile single-point load cell designed for direct mounting in low cost weighing platforms. Its small physical size, combined with high accuracy and aluminum construction, makes this low cost load cell ideally suited for retail, bench and counting scales. Using Model 1022 load cells simpliies scale construction, which results in signiicant parts and labor savings. The Model 1022 is available in a range of capacities: from 3 to 150 kg, approved to OIML R60 (4000d); to 20 to 150 kg, approved to OIML R60 (6000d); to 3 to 100 kg, approved to NTEP (5000d, single). Environmental protection to IP66 is provided as standard. For hazardous environments, ATEX approved versions are available.

MKX ®

MKX is a mounting accessory invented by Pavone Systems, who developed this product thanks to his previous experience and know-how. This is an innovative mechanical system for mounting load cells for industrial weighing systems. The kit can be easily adjusted for both radial and tangential assembly. MKX does not hinder the normal expansion and contraction movements of the weighing structure and it allows the weighing structure to be lifted by itself without the aid of a jack. Furthermore, it is excellent as a template for the assembly mechanics of a weighing system. The MKX accessory stands out from the others because: it is possible to adjust it in height and this allows to reach the perfect flatness, the lower base and the upper base are connected and fixed and this ensures correct installation and perfect perpendicularity, it also works as anti-tilting and finally, it is able to absorb the lateral forces thanks to the ball cup attached to the base of the cell on which the load is unloaded. MH MOUNTING KIT

MH MOUNTING KIT is an assembly accessory that is easy to assemble and ideal for weighing roller conveyors, platforms, hoppers and tanks. The height of MH MOUNTING KIT can be adjusted in order to obtain in a simple and immediate way the perfect flatness of the system, thanks also to the use of our Tester 1008. The MH MOUNTING KIT is made of passivated zinc steel and it includes the anti-tilting function. DE MOUNTING KIT

DE MOUNTING KIT, unique in its kind, represents an excellent solution for complex situations where precision and strength are required. DE MOUNTING KIT is an accessory that allows easy replacement of the cell during maintenance by using the 4 bolts installed on the top plate as a jack. Anti-tilting function is included. Stainless steel AISI 304 and stainless stell AISI 316 versions are available upon request. When used with DDR load cells with a capacity of 2÷20t, 30÷50t and 75÷100t, the DE MOUNTING KIT has to be in stainless steel or alloy steel.

MASTERMOUNT

The MASTERMOUNT weighing module is an aesthetically appealing product; it has a double shear beam load cell made of stainless steel and a built-in mounting component. MASTERMOUNT is ideal for weighing processes that require accurate, safe and convenient solutions and can also be used in the most hostile industrial environments as it covers most industrial process applications.
